Studies show increased levels of anxiety, lower self-esteem, an alarming rise in body dysmorphia and unparalleled levels of depression. Alongside pressure to perform, identity struggles, sexual objectification and harmful digital activity. For adolescent girls to thrive, they must be assisted in navigating the challenges that face them. Betterness Manifesto is a one-day positive psychology workshop for teenage girls.
