Educational positive psychology workshops for girls aged 13 – 18 years

It is well-documented that when compared with boys of the same age, teenage girls have a tough time. Studies show increased levels of anxiety, lower self-esteem, an alarming rise in body dysmorphia and unparalleled levels of depression. Alongside pressure to perform, identity struggles, sexual objectification and harmful digital activity. For adolescent girls to thrive, they must be assisted in navigating the challenges that face them. Betterness Manifesto is a one-day positive psychology workshop for teenage girls. Girls learn proven techniques to address (among other life skills):


  • Sense of self, values, and purpose

  • Self-esteem

  • Self-care and self-soothing

  • Friendships

  • Peer-pressure and competition
